I get asked a lot if I still follow the Autoimmune Protocol. Therefore, I decided it was perfecting timing to make a video capturing some of my journey on the AIP. While I currently eat a modified AIP + Keto diet, this was not always the case. Many years ago when I was introduced to Paleo/Primal eating, I realized that not all of the “Paleo approved” foods settled well with my body. The most obvious contenders were nuts, seeds, and nightshades. It was from there that I found AIP, of which I stuck to for many years. On top of eliminating foods, I also get quite a few questions regarding pain management on the AIP, as NSAIDS and other pain killers are prohibited. I will be talking about this is very soon in a future video, but for now, here is a just a snippet into my life on the Autoimmune Protocol.
